Mallikarjun Huralikoppi is President and Chief Financial Officer of NSI Corporation. Mallikarjun, along with Santosh Huralikoppi founded NSI in 1999.

As the CFO at NSI, Mallikarjun is responsible for financial and commercial functions. Mallikarjun brings to the company a vault-full of 10 years of experience in varied areas like financial planning, budgeting and reporting, statutory and management accounting, costing of products and services, documentation and implementation of financial processes and procedures, financial restructuring, sourcing of funds, procurement, etc.
Mallikarjun holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from S.D.M. College of Engineering and Technology, Dharwad.

 

Santosh Huralikoppi
Director & Chief Executive Officer

Santosh Huralikoppi, CEO, leads the NSI management team. Santosh is the driving force behind NSI Corporation's global business. As the CEO of NSI Corporation, he has been instrumental in successfully defining and delivering the company's vision of delivering responsive and quality-centric outsourcing solutions to global corporations.

Santosh founded NSI in India in 1999 with a mission to create a data driven customer-focused BPO and contact center provider whose value was driven by demonstrably higher quality and lower cost. Over the years, Santosh has grown NSI into a global, multi-center, multi-solution organization. Early on, he recognized quality people and process re-engineering were the key drivers to differentiate NSI from firms whose value resided solely upon a generic low-cost labor advantage.

He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from KREC - Surathkal, GAMP from Wharton Business School, and Indian School of Business. He is currently doing his Masters in Practicing Management from INSEAD, IIM- Bangalore, McGill University (jointly).

 

Varsha Huralikoppi
Director  & COO

She brings on board more than 10 years of senior executive management, leadership and technological innovation expertise and experience. She possesses vast experienced in managing large software engineering projects and leading teams of software engineers and managers to deliver high quality products and services to worldwide customers.

She oversees the strategy and lends direction to the central backend operations of the company. Her drive and leadership are primarily instrumental for the smooth implementation of NSI's policies and programs.

She has global operational experience with large multinational corporations including: Motorola, Huawei, Omnipoint and Sasken in areas such as product management, customer service, field operations and purchasing.

Ms.Varsha previously served as Engineering Manager for the global telecom leader Motorola where she managed the development of the Protocol stacks for Motorola handsets .Prior to this, she served as Project Manager at Sasken and Huawei in various software engineering roles.

Ms. Varsha holds a Bachelors of Computer Science Engineering degree from Karnatak University.
